Fitness Assessment Day

When working out, it is always a great idea to have a fitness assessment day to record your results and success. Do this assessment at the beginning of every month, so you can see how your body is changing!

  • Record your Body Weight and your Body Fat Percentage.weight scale
  • Record your Waist, Hip, Upper Right Arm, and Upper Right Thigh measurements.
  • Record your fastest 1 mile (you can run, walk, or do both in intervals)
    • 2 min break
  • Record how many Body Weight Squats you can do in 4 min.
    • 2 min break
  • Record how many Push Ups (all the way down) you can do in 4 min.
    • 2 min break
  • Hold a Plank as long as you can, record time.

This is a workout in itself, and can count as your workout for the day. Fitness Assessment Day is the most exciting day, because you get to see how much better you have gotten. Check out the Strength Training page for more information on equipment you can use!
