  1. When I was in high school, I jogged almost every morning, but my problem was this. I will refuse any food before I jog. That is because jogging after food often caused stomachache. However by not taking any food and go for a long run, I may hurt my body as well. I never tried the bar before but it may be a good solution for me.

    1. I think this would be a GREAT solution for you!

      It’s not heavy and it’s good to get a little bit of something in your stomach so that you don’t get dizzy or pass out during your run.

  2. UCAN seems prettty great. The most impressive part was the stoy behind it. Interesting that a medical condition led to a commercial product like this. ı really have this feeling of hunger which is unnecessary most of the time. It comes out from nowhere. Can UCAN help it? And how many would you recommend to consume?

    1. UCAN will definitely help that. Sometimes I get really hungry when I don’t have time to eat and it gets rid of my hunger very fast, and lasts a couple hours.

      I would recommend you only eat one at a time. But you can have up to 3 a day. It is best to have them before your workout, as a snack when you get hungry, and even during a long run.
